Burton Agnes Jazz and Blues Festival are delighted to announce that London-based improvising violinist Matt Holborn will get proceedings under way on the final day of this year’s festival on the Sunday.
In the gypsy jazz and swing circuit, Matt has appeared at many international venues and festivals such as Festival Django Reinhardt de Samois (France), Torino Jazz Festival (Italy), Pizza Express Jazz Club and Ronnie Scott’s (UK). Matt has performed with musicians such as Paulus Schaffer, Remi Harris, Kourosh Kanani, Giacomo Smith and Adrien Moignard.
Matt has also performed at the BRIT Awards afterparty, Buckingham Palace, The Royal Albert Hall and has appeared on BBC drama series 'Peaky Blinders'.

Early bird tickets are currently on sale, priced at £70 for the full weekend before 1st June, with individual day tickets also available. Children under 12 are free with an adult.
Concessions: OAPs, Burton Agnes Hall members, students and children aged 12-15 are £68 before 1st June (Families need only buy one concessionary ticket to cover all children aged 12-15)
