Trek the Inca Trail
The Inca Trail is rated amongst the ten best trekking trails in the world due to its striking beauty, ancient Inca ruins and diverse ecological zone. The ultimate destination is Machu Picchu – “Lost City” of the Incas – one of the world’s most fascinating and important archaeological finds and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.
Go on this 10 day trip of a lifetime and raise much needed funds for HERIB!
Skydiving
The 15K experience! Jump from 15,000ft!
The highest Skydive in the UK; are you brave enough?
This is the chance of a lifetime, all for free!
The HERIB team will be jumping on the 1st August, book your place if you dare!
Phoenix
Our local walk/run this year is The Osmotherley Phoenix on 4th July. This is an annual walk/run across the Cleveland Hills in The Yorkshire Moors, you can choose from 30, 26, or 17 mile route; therefore YOU can design the challenge to what suits you, providing you with a great sense of achievement when accomplished! After an exhilarating challenge you arrive back into Osmotherley to their renowned Summer Fair and games, this is a great atmosphere to complete your challenge in. This is an incredibly popular event with fantastic views and great company.
This challenge will bring people together who want to either, become fit, conquer a challenge or just have fun. It a great chance to meet like minded individuals and form life long friendships as well as been an invaluable opportunity for team building. Get a group together in your office and work together in accomplishing an experience of a life time!
The London to Amsterdam Bike Challenge
Very popular challenge with keen cyclists! Starting on the 18th September, the challenge takes 4 days.
This long weekend challenge from London to Amsterdam covers 300km in 3 days. You will set off through rolling Essex countryside then take a ferry from Harwich overnight to Holland where you will have 2 days of cycling ending in Amsterdam. This is an exhilarating challenge with breathtaking countryside.
Dogs Walking for the Blind
A challenge for your pooch! On 6th September our HERIB’s annual sponsored Dog Walk will once again be taking place.
Humber Half Marathon & Great North Run
Do you lack motivation? Need a goal to work towards? Why not register for a place in 2 of the greatest annual runs in the country!
HERIB have 15 guaranteed places for this year’s Great North Run on Sunday 20th September, call now to book your place!
