These Tai Chi Martial Arts classes are aimed at helping both the young and elderly in a variety of ways including help with illnesses such as:

Work stress
Students can attend these martial arts classes from the age of 7 upwards and are for people of all abilities including people with learning difficulties, wheelchair users and the visually impaired.
All the chief instructors are trained in Child Protection, Working with Disabilities, Working with Vulnerable Adults, Equity and Drug Awarenes plus all their instructors are Criminal Record Bureau checked.
The Tai Chi Voluntary Club is a member of:

And are Level 3 Accredited with the East Riding Club Accreditation Scheme.
The martial arts club is very involved with raising money for charity and one of their latest successes was the raising of enough money to support the building of a parents room within the children’s room at the Hull Royal Infirmary.
The main teachings of the martial arts club consist of massage, meditation and forms.
Classes are held at the Beverley High School, Norwood, Beverley and are run from 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
