Holistic Massage Treatments

Massage is a form of tissue manipulation which uses either the hands or mechanical means. It is used to relax, stimulate or rehabilitate parts of the body and this massage treatment also affects the whole body through stimulation of the nervous system. This type of massage has significant physical and mental benefits and affects all bodily systems in a very positive way.

Infant Massage Treatments

The main aim of this course of massage is to help promote the bonding process. With each weekly session, parents develop their natural skills further by learning the different massage strokes. On completion of the course each parent will have developed a full massage routine to use on their infant. The Infant Massage Treatments are ideal for infants from 6 weeks to crawling and are spread over a 5 week period - each class lasts around 1½ hours. Infant massage classes are available on either a one to one basis or in groups.
