Discoveries Life and Parent Coaches Chris and Tracy Wilson, help parents in Hull and East Yorkshire, develop their skills and confidence and to become the parent they want to be.
Children don't come with a manual and with today's huge pressures of time and the mass of conflicting parenting advice available, it is no surprise things that can get a little challenging!
By working with you, Discoveries Life & Parent Coaching build on the parenting skills you already have. They appreciate that you know your children better than anyone and parent coaching will give you the parenting skills you need to become a more calm, cool and collected parent.
Learning new parenting skills can help guide you towards a more balanced and happy family and Discoveries will cover topics such as communicating with your children as well as defining and holding boundaries. With their support you will become the parent you want to be.

Discoveries LIfe and Parent Coaching believe that parenting is the most important role that we will ever have and that we often don't get enough support to fulfil this role. They are passionate about providing a high quality, professional service to help adults and children fulfil their potential.
Their role is to support you and help you in developing your parenting skills through coaching and workshops. The coaching takes place on a one-to-one basis, either in person or on the telephone.
Some clients find that one phone session is all they need, others prefer the regular support of weekly or fortnightly sessions - you decide what you want and when you want it and they will provide it.
Parenting Skills Workshops are run in Hul and provide an interactive 8 week course to enable parents to share their parenting skills and experiences, and to learn from, and support one another. These courses are designed to help you:
